Samba - Beyond basic file server and print servers, Domain Controllers
CUPS - Forms, image removable and later re-added at destination. Reduce internet traffic, like caching company logos and standard paper forms (Invoices and Quotes)

FreeDOS - Still interested in the first operation system that I used and is still in development, at least DOS
